WHO ARE WE?
J.P. and Karen Perez have a passion for fitness. They both hold certifications in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and advanced Pilates. For the last 10 years, they have been training their clients out of their private studio, Reformed Bodies, in North Miami Beach, Florida.
J.P. has a diversified background in all realms of the fitness world. He has competed as a body builder, raced in endurance events, and has been a personal trainer since the age of 18.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University in Miami. She has been a personal trainer for over 17 years.
Both J.P. and Karen believe a body should practice more than one type of fitness. Whether it is Pilates, weight lifting, Aerial/dance fitness, martial arts, biking, running, paddle boarding, or swimming, the body is made for movement and should be in motion. Along with variation, they feel that body awareness and intelligent workout choices are extremely important, not only to see results, but to support a healthy mind and body that can function at its optimal performance level every day.
