You never know what to expect from this high-energy class. Join us for a little you time. And remember, no boys allowed!

 

MUCHACHOS @ OCHOS

ochosVamonos! Get your guys and we’ll get ours. Bring them all together for an hour long, iron strong, manly workout. The girls have their time and now you can have yours. This circuit training class will have you jumping from one machine to the next. We keep it interesting, effective, and power packed. Join this class, if you dare, for the ultimate boys club experience!

 

REFORMED BALLET

balletHave you ever wanted to have long lean muscles like those you see on ballerinas around the world? Have you wanted to feel graceful and strong at the same time? Well now you can. Our Reformed Ballet class is a no barre fitness creation. It is an actual beginner level ballet class. With our 20 minute floor warm up you will work muscles you did not know you had. Then you will come to our Reformed ballet barre and work on your technique. In ballet, fitness does not need to be created. Practicing the technique will automatically tone your inner thighs, hamstrings, and butt. Don’t worry, your arms will burn as well! You will be feeling and moving like a prima in no time. The class is 1 hour long.

 

YOGA

yogaVinyasa is a flow of specific yoga poses that are linked to the breath. You will improve in your strength, endurance, flexibility & coordination. The class will be fun while challenging you to grow in your practice. The class is approximately 1 hour long.

 

AEROBIC KICKBOXING

Are you looking for a workout that really kicks butt? Aerobic kickboxing is your answer. boxIn this class you will use conventional heavy bags and training pads, which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants. Aerobic kickboxing classes begin with light stretches and a cardio warm up. Typical routines include a series of repetitive punches, hand strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves. This class will be sure to get you sweating like a real champ. The class is approximately 1 hour long.

 

PADDLE BOARD PILATES
